Control valves are used widely in different industries to control the flow rate, pressure and temperature as request for various applications. Control valves are mainly composed by valve body, actuator and accessories. The production of control valves mainly include production of valve body and actuator, and some actuators and accessories are purchased from cooperated suppliers.

The production of control valve begins from cutting of raw steel materials and casting of valve body. Various raw steel materials like 304, 17-4PH, 316L, 2Cr13 and castings of valve body are available in stock to ensure the original material quality so that the control valves can work safely and stably in various working conditions.

The castings of valve body and trim parts of control valves like cage and disc are machined precisely to make sure the control valves can realize the control requirements and solve specific problem for end user.

The trim parts are customized according to specific working conditions, the shape and dimensions of trim parts are calculated according to detailed specifications and control requirements.

We produce the diaphragm pneumatic actuator and piston type pneumatic actuator to be installed on our control valves, and also purchase electric actuator and some pneumatic actuator for large size control valve with high operation torque.

There are lots of mechanical parts such as plug, cage, disc, body for globe control valve, V-notch ball and body for ball valves and butterfly valve body available in stock to make sure short delivery time for urgent project.

After assembly of trim parts, the control valves are installed with actuators equipped with various accessories like limit switch, air filter and regulator, positioner and solenoid valve to achieve different control functions.

Before delivery, all control valves need to be done with different test as request to make sure they will meet requirements, solve problems and create values for clients. There are raw material PMI test, pressure test, functional test, cryogenic test, low fugitive test  and service life test etc.

There are many kinds of control valves which mainly include globe control valves, self-operated control valves, control ball valves and control butterfly valves. To solve different specific problems, there are customized low noise globe control valve, single seat globe control valve, cage type globe control valve, high pressure difference globe control valve, pressure balanced globe control valve, PFA lined globe control valves, angle type control valve, micro flow rate globe control valve, three way control valve and  bellow seal globe control valve etc.
