Ceramic V-Port Ball Valve with ceramic lined body and tungsten carbide coated ball for lime slurry

YFL Ceramic V-port ball valve is exported to Philippines for end user in mining industry to solve abrasion problem.

The medium is abrasive lime slurry and there is large size solid particles which can't be screened by strainer. Normally the ball of the ceramic ball valves is in material of ceramic., but when there is large size solid particles, ceramic ball may be broken during open and close. So we use F316 ball with tungsten carbide coating and ceramic seat to be wear resistant against the abrasive lime slurry.

The ceramic V-port ball valve is equipped with Pneumatic actuator, ROTORK positoner, SMC air filter and regulator to control the flow precisely.
