Totally 370PCS YFL DIN Gate valves, swing check valves, Y type strainers were finished and loaded in one 20'' FCL to catch the shipment before our national holidays so that the valves will arrive at project site in time.

This is the second shipment of the whole order, we have arranged first shipment one month ago for some valves particularly urgent. Partial shipment was agreed with our client to make sure al the valves can be delivered without delay.

To finish totally 409 valves in short time, we carried out strict production plan and arranged one person to casting foundry to push the casting production. After castings arrived our factory, all workers worked overtime to produce these valves to make sure all valves delivered as planed with good quality.

These valves are for an oil refinery in Bulgaria. The end user will change the old pipeline for a new project. To make sure the new valves can be installed without space problem, we supply the drawings with 1:1 scale to the project engineer to see the installation space needed.
