After successful sample valve test, our client in Brazil decides to place trial order of hard rubber ebonite lined Y type globe valve to replace their existing Y type globe valve as below.

According to client's requirement, these rubber lined Y type globe valves are with regulating disc to achieve rough equal percentage flow characteristic. To meet client's demand, we produce a new mould of the parabolic Disc to make disc with regulating function.

The technical specifications of these rubber lined Y type globe valves are as follow:

2. Pressure: 150lbs
3. Connection: RF according to ASME B16.5
4. Face to Face: GB12221-89
5. Test and inspection: GB/T13927-92

The materials specifications of these rubber lined Y type globe valves are as follow:
1. Body: WCB+Ebonite lining
2. Bonnet: WCB+Ebonite lining
3. Regulating Disc: WCB+Ebonite lining
4. Stem: 2Cr13

All the wet parts inside the valves are lined with Ebonite which is hard rubber with high performance in corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.
