There are many high pressure safety valves installed in our client's copper refinery in Philippines. They are installed for the acid exhaust-heat boiler, CF circular water boiler, auxiliary boiler drum, low pressure steam receiver, acid plant drum and air receiver tank etc.

According to the working pressure, working temperature, set pressure, medium, capacity and connection ends,  we customize various kinds of safety valves to replace the old ones without any problem. The safety valves are according to JIS standards, ASME standards and Chinese standards. There are sizes from DN25 to DN150 and pressure ratings of JIS10K, JIS 20K, JIS 63K, PN16, PN25, 150lbs, 600lbs. The body is in material of carbon steel WCB and the nozzle is in material of stainless steel 316 with hard alloy stellite overlaid to be abrasion resistant. Most safety valves are with spring loaded and open type bonnet, only two safety valves are with closed type bonnet.

These pressure relief valves are supplied together with counter flanges, bolts and gaskets to meet one stop purchasing demand and make installation and maintenance more easy.
