YFL PN10 DN65 Abrasion resistant ceramic double disc gate valves are exported to our old clients in Philippines. They will be used in FGD system in thermal power plants. The normal steel valves have very short working life duo to the severe abrasive working conditions. The body and disc of ceramic double disc gate valves are coated with ceramic which has extreme high hardness to be wear resistant against the abrasive fly ash and lime stone in the FGD system.

The ceramic double disc gate valves are equipped with double acting pneumatic actuator and limit switches to control the open and close operation and position.
