YFL PTFE sleeved plug valves with stainless steel 1.4408 body were exported to Germany.

The detailed technical specifications of plug valves are as follows:

1.      Nominal pressure: PN10

2.      Nominal size: DN125, DN150, DN200, DN400

3.      Body, Plug, Stem: 1.4408, Seat: PTFE

4.      Design and manufacture standard: API 599

5.      End Flange dimensions: EN1092-1

6.      Face to Face: ASME B16.10

7.      Pressure test: API 598

The plug valve has cylindrical or conical plug as close part to open or close the valve.

There is rectangle or ladder-shaped passageway in the plug, when the plug is turned by 90 degree, the passageway in the plug will be connected with the passageway of the body, then the valve is opened; when the plug is turned by 90 degree again, the passageway in the plug will be disconnected with passageway of the body, then the valve is closed.

There are soft seal plug valves and oil seal plug valves.

The soft seal plug valve has PTFE, PPL sleeve to suit different temperature.

The oil seal plug valve is widely used in long distance oil transportation pipeline.
