YFL high temperature Si3N4 ceramic ball valves shave been exported to Russia for our customer in Russia to solve problem of high temperature.

The medium is a solution of hydrochloric and nitric acid with salts. From practical experiments, the metals on it quickly corrode, only Si3N4 ceramics showed resistance to the corrosive environment with high temperature of 800 degree C.

The body of the valve is made of duplex stainless steel 904L. And the materials of  ball and seat are Si3N4 ceramic which can stand high temperature in corrosive medium. 

YFL high temperature Si3N4 ceramic ball valves are designed with extended stem to make sure the valves can be operated by lever at normal temperature.
