YFL Abrasion resistant ceramic double disc gate valves are exported to Turkey for fly ash in coal-fire power plants to solve abrasion problems.

There are pneumatic ceramic double disc gate valves with sizes of DN50 and DN100, manual ceramic double disc gate valves with size of DN300. The pneumatic actuator is double acting and the pneumatic actuators are equipped with limit switches.

The area where abrasion prolems happen included body passageway, body seat, disc ring of ceramic double disc gate valves are lined with wear resistant ceramic for much longer working life in abrasive applications with abrasive meidum like fly ash.
