YFL Axial flow silent check valve mainly includes body, disc, diffuser, spring, stem and bushing. The silent check valves are installed at inlet of pump to protect the pump from damage caused by back flow and water hammer.
YFL Axial flow silent check valve technical features:
1. With one or two diffusers to achieve streamline flow, reduced head loss, save pump power cost.
2. Hydrodynamic design with spring realizes non slamming, no noise and water hammerless. Stainless steel spring in the disffuser is under protection during operation.
3. Valve disc with shorter stroke, wear resistant bronze bushing with longer service life,.
4. Spring rebounds fast to close the disc in short time up to 0.2 sec before back flow
