YFL Balanced bellows safety valves have closed type bonnet and bellows above the disc to be secondary seal so that there won't be outside leakage of the poisonous, flammable or corrosive medium from the safety valves.
When the back pressure of the safety valve is in the rang of 10% to 50% of the setting pressure, the balanced bellows safety valve should be used to make sure there won't be open problems caused by back pressure.
When the back pressure is variable, the opening pressure of common safety valve will also be variable. To solve the problem, balanced bellows safety valve is highly suggested. The effective area of the bellow is almost the same as the seating area of the disc above the nozzle. The opening pressure of the balanced bellows safety valve doesn't depend on the the back pressure.
