The production of ceramic valves includes ceramic parts forming, ceramic parts sintering, ceramic parts machining, steel parts castings, steel parts machining, steel parts polishing, assembling, pressure test, painting and packing.

There are various ceramic parts like ceramic ball, ceramic seat, ceramic body lining, ceramic disc sealing ring for ceramic ball valves, ceramic butterfly valves, ceramic double disc gate valves and ceramic knife gate valves.

The ceramic parts are produced from ceramic power materials by high pressure forming and sintering in furnace under high temperature.

The ceramic parts and steel parts are machined by advanced numerical control machines and polished by experienced technicians.

To achieve excellent ceramic to ceramic seal, the ceramic sealing face are machined precisely to make sure the ceramic valves achieve zero leakage.

The ceramic parts and steel parts are assembled tightly to ensure the ceramic valves will work stably with excellent sealing performance and long service life

Each ceramic valves will be done with strict pressure shell test and pressure seal test to make sure all YFL ceramic valves leave factory with top class quality and zero quality problem so that YFL valves will work safely, solve problems and create value for our clients.
