FEP and PFA lined valves need two sets of moulds to produce FEP and PFA lining parts and metal steel parts. The production includes FEP/PFA lining from raw materials, steel parts casting and machining, assembling, inspection and test, painting and packing etc.

PFA raw materials are NEOFLON  imported  from DAIKIN in Japan and Dyneon imported from 3M in American. Good quality raw materials of fluoroplastic ensure the excellent corrosion resistance of fluorine lined valves.

The body and disc of butterfly valve, the ball and body of ball valves, the plug and body of plug valve, the wedge and body of gate valve, the body of diaphragm valve are all lined with fluoroplastic like FEP, PFA to protect the body and trim of valves from erosion caused by corrosive medium.

After machining and assembling, the finished FEP/PFA lined valves are done with pressure test and spark test to ensure the sealing performance and corrosion resistance.

After packing, finally the PFA lined ball valves, PFA lined butterfly valves, PFA lined plug valves, FEP lined diaphragm valve, FEP lined gate valves are ready for delivery to solve corrosion problems and create value for our clients.
