YFL cryogenic check valves are closed automatically when there is back flow in the pipeline. All semi-finished mechanical parts and finished products are done with low temperature treatment in cryogenic tank to relieve the mechanical stress to ensure the materials performance in low temperature working condition to avoid leakage caused by expansion, shrinkage and deformation of materials in cryogenic environments. The finished mechanical parts need strict washing to clean all oil contamination before assembly and the pressure test after assembly should be done at cryogenic test bench to make sure YFL cryogenic check valves will work well in extreme cryogenic applications.
