2. Soft rubber/BR: -10℃-85℃
3. Butyl rubber/IIR: -10℃-120℃
4. Neoprene rubber/CR: -10℃-105℃
Different rubber materials are also used to produce diaphragms of rubber lined diaphragm valves for different working temperature as follows:
1. Nature rubber/NR ≤ 85℃
2. EPDM ≤ 120℃
3. Nitrile/Buna-N/NBR ≤ 85℃
4. Hypalon/CSPE ≤ 120℃
5. Fluoroelastomer/VITON/FKM ≤ 150℃
6. Silicone rubber/SI ≤ 200℃

1. As open and close component, the resilient rubber diaphragm makes sure the sealing with zero leakage.
2. Weir type and straight type body are available.
3. Stream type flow passageway reduces the pressure loss.
4. The diaphragm protects the bonnet and stem from corrosion caused by medium.
5. Body is lined with rubber materials to be suit general corrosive medium without very strong corrosiveness.
6. Diaphragm can be replaced easily.
7. Various accessories are optional for pneumatic operation to realize different function and meet different requirements: signal feedback, limit switch, positioner, air filter and regulator and solenoid valve etc.
