YFL pneumatic bidirectional seal knife gate valve has U-shape flexible seat at the bottom of the body with groove. When the valve is closed, the bottom of the knife edge contact with the seat and then press the seat into the groove in the body to achieve excellent sealing performance. When the valve is open, the knife edge departs from the bottom edge of the seat and the seat will bounce to be with same height as the groove so that the medium won't settle and accumulate at the groove in the valve cavity.Then there will be no blocking and no residue in the valve cavity. And the pipe will be easy for cleaning to make sure excellent sealing performance to avoid leakage when valve is closed.
