YFL Three way balanced control valves are designed with double plugs, upper and lower double guides to be used as diffluence valve when there is one inlet and two outlets, and used as confluence valve when there two inlets and one outlet as follows:
YFL three way pressure balanced control valves technical features:
1. The pressure balanced piston and double guides make the plug move up and down smoothly with less vibration.
2. The pressure balanced piston design reduces unbalanced pressure and make the valve can work safely and precisely under high pressure difference and high temperature
3. The upper and lower plug are integral, one with equal percentage flow characteristic and one with linear flow characteristic, so that the three way control valve can be used more widely for flow regulating.
YFL three way control valves have different bonnet type for different working conditions as bellow:
1. Standard Type:Cast Steel :-20~250℃ Stainless Steel:-40~250℃
2. Fin-Extension Type:Cast Steel:-29~425℃ Stainless Steel:-40~450℃
